So I owe 400 dollars in taxes a year now for a 3,000 dollar scooter. WTF Edited to Add - Norfolk assessed my 3 grand scooter as worth 20,000 dollars...right, and they make everything really hard to clear up, probably hoping you give up and give in.
Sorry if I was confusing! I don't mean that I owe back taxes, just that a years worth of personal property tax for my scooter is 400 dollars. The city fucked up and assessed my 3 grand bike at 20,000 dollars.
